Jenelle Evans is no stranger to being on the wrong side of the law. But despite her lengthy history of being a certified ne’er-do-well, she’s never done serious time in prison.
Now it looks like she may never have to. In recent years, Jenelle has turned a new leaf in her life, and she’s settled down to a cozy life with her husband David Eason.

Jenelle’s husband David goes to the door, and it’s clear he’s already irritated. When he opens the door, the police officer says, “Step outside and I’ll explain to you why I’m here… Someone called wanting a security check on some children.”
“Okay, go to the daycare,” David says, slamming the door in the police officer’s face.
It’s not clear who called the officers, but David makes it clear he believes that Nathan is behind it. “I’m going to get ahold of Nathan. I’m going to bust his motherf*cking head open!”
Of course, it’s still unclear who called the police on Jenelle and David, but it’s not a stretch to believe that Nathan may have called CPS. Recently, the couple came under fire after the way they disciplined their children during a recent episode of the show!
