When the two flew out to Los Angeles for the reunion filming, fans noticed that they were spending even more time together than usual. They shared some pretty sweet snaps on social media, including a shot of them posing together, which Briana captioned “Daddy Javi.” In another shot, Javi called Briana his “bae.”
It wasn’t much longer before Javi publicly confirmed that he was dating Briana. There was just one problem… Kailyn Lowry was far from happy about it. In fact, she and Briana recently got physical during their feud over Javi.
It’s safe to say that Briana and Javi’s relationship was one of the most explosive in the entire franchise — but everything must come to an end. Only a few months after they got together, the couple was explaining why they split.

For Briana, it came down to having conflicting views of the future.
“Javi and I are not together anymore,” she revealed to Blasting News. “Our future just doesn’t line up. He doesn’t want me to get my surgery for a breast lift, lipo, and tummy tuck (which I’m doing in two weeks) because it’ll look bad on his name at work.”
Javi has always spoken about wanting a big family and commitment, and apparently that didn’t sit right with Briana. “I don’t plan on moving in with him in the summer and for these reasons, he broke up with me,” she revealed.
Javi’s story is predictably different. “Some questions about our futures couldn’t be answered because we both do have kids and live two different lifestyles, her being in Florida and me in Delaware,” he told Radar Online. “I didn’t agree with some of her future plans being exposed for the world to see for our future and any future employers and I wish we could’ve compromised.”
