User Floflo80 pointed out, “they knew this trip was being filmed, I don’t think they would leave a beer in the car like that. At least put it in a to-go cup!”
Many also pointed out that Jenelle and David have taken a massive stance against drinking and driving in the past. In fact, Jenelle was furious with Barbara for trying to drink after having a glass of wine, and filmed her doing it! “Aren’t these the people that recorded Babs having a glass of wine? And flipping out because she had Jace and was about to drive home?” wrote TrashcanJan. After the incident, Jenelle even filmed about it for last season of Teen Mom 2.
