Twitter user @lilfootx_box reminded Teen Mom 2 viewers, “Chelsea on a bad day is still better than Jenelle on her best day.”
However, Reddit user lalalandjil offered a different interpretation, writing: “Chelsea has an arrogance about her. Shes never struggled like the other moms because her dad paid for everything…I can see Chelsea being all about her,” before conceding, “Shes one of the best moms on the show and I am happy for her having another baby with Cole.”
MDL1994 suggested that maybe Chelsea’s standoffishness is not arrogance in a post that reads: “If I watch earlier seasons I always suspected Chelsea to be depressed. Every simple task feels like a mountain to climb as she makes it seem. I feel like she can barely muster up the energy to get out of bed some episodes. And the crying to Randy about wanting to be happy and not feeling happy. Breaks my heart every time.”
